A Family Legacy of Craftsmanship

Erik Larsen, a life-long Victoria local, grew up immersed in a family tradition of woodworking and carpentry.

This multi-generational passion for design and construction became integral to his identity, permeating his daily play and chores as a youngster. In his twenties, he studied arts in University, but remained true to his roots, paying for much of his education by building and upholstering for a local custom-furniture store.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree with distinction in English Literature from the University of Victoria, Erik pursued his calling, studying joinery and carpentry under local masters at three of Victoria’s most exclusive luxury-home construction firms.

Today, Erik Larsen is the Principle Operator of Larsen Group.

Founded on Erik’s unique combination of education, talent and leadership, Larsen Group and its professional affiliates provide superior project management; creative, thoughtful design; and unsurpassed craftsmanship.

Erik Lives in Gonzales Bay with his wife Catherine and two children. When not adventuring with his family on the West Coast, Erik can be found renovating his century-old home.
